Onora, located at 1213 West Park Avenue, is a residential program that offers customized, personalized healthcare services for up to 15 residents. By lowering the resident-to-staff ratio, residents develop a trusting relationship with the staff, which is a critical dynamic for ensuring the resident’s quality of life.
Rather than requiring residents to adapt to a one-size-fits-all program, Onora creates an individualized care plan for each resident to address his or her emotional, social and physical needs.

CIS already owns and operates several senior properties throughout Monmouth County, including Heritage Village at Elton Corner (Freehold), Heritage Village at Manalapan, Whalepond Village (Ocean Township) and currently constructing Heritage Village at Oakhurst.
